Here at ResultsMatter Fitness we understand that your every persons path to success will be different. We use strategies we've seen work repeatedly and adjust each approach depending on the "stage of change" each client is in. This approach allows you to progress faster and lock in sustainable health habits (even during the holiday season). ReultsMatter Coaching philosophy: "The best plan is the one the client can stick to". Our experienced trainers will work with you to create a custom workout plan and provide guidance on nutrition to help you achieve your fitness goals. Services provided: Habit formation: - Your coach will help you form healthy and sustainable habits that make achieving all of your life goals easier. - Every single day you coach will follow up with you via a video message, email or text to motivate, inspire and remind you of your most important daily goal. Training: - Custom exercise plans that suit your health and fitness goals and are tailored based on how your body moves and feels. Your body is not the same as your neighbors and therefor you move differently a good coach recognizes this and adapts everything you do in the gym to have you progressing in some way for life! - Lifetime progress tracking: All of your reps, sets, programs, weight, perceived exertion, resting heartrate, blood pressure, technique videos/pictures will be saved in a file that you have permanent access to so that you can always note back to how far you've come. Nutrition: - Custom Macro / Nutrition templates that make it simple to understand how to eat for your specific goals. - Education on how to cycle your eating to maintain progress or continue making it. (We don't need to stay the exact same weight year round. Knowing when our most calorie dense seasons tend to happen helps us understand when and how our training style needs to change to keep progress flowing smoothly.) Recovery (Sleep/Stress Management): - You coach will help you understand how low effort adjustments to your sleep hygiene will aid your entire health journey. If your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving life quality, increasing energy, performance or any other goal the smallest improvements to your recovery have the same effect as compounding interest.
